Our four guest rooms are comfortable, clean, and affordable, and we offer a complimentary continental breakfast in our dining room that feels more like a sun room! The Elm City Carriage Barn has a total of four rooms. Each is designed to incorporate the history of the property and to maintain the quaint, New England vibe.

Located directly across the street, we offer unparalleled access to the college. 
Mount Monadnock
The second most climbed mountain in the world, Mount Monadnock is only twenty minutes away. As an experienced hiker, I would love to share my favorite local trails.
The Colonial Theatre
Built in 1924 and about a five minute walk from the property, the Colonial Theatre is a great option for a Saturday night movie.
Keene is home to many delicious restaurants.  Thai food, Indian food, Mexican food, pubs, Italian, and many others. We have menus and plenty of suggestions upon request
The Red Fern Arts Center
Another short walk from the property through the beautiful Keene State Campus, the Red Fern Arts Center is home to music, theatre, and much more. 
Walldogs Mural History Walk
Keene recently participated in the Walldogs Mural Festival. Learn about the history of Keene through gorgeous murals painted on the walls of downtown buildings.
